PEACCEL at IEEE Quantum Week 2026: Advancing Quantum Technologies for Drug Discovery

PEACCEL presented four peer-reviewed contributions at IEEE Quantum Week 2026 in Toronto, spanning quantum algorithms, quantum machine learning, imaging and protein structure prediction.

These works reflect PEACCEL’s approach to quantum computing: focusing on real-world applications, rigorous benchmarking and practical questions such as resource reduction, classical simulability and the reliability of quantum formulations.

The conference also provided an important opportunity to strengthen PEACCEL’s international research network and explore new collaborations across quantum technologies, AI and life sciences.
The four publications will be included in the IEEE QCE26 Proceedings.
